Christopher C. Knight is the Executive Secretary of the International Society for Science and Religion, and has taught on science and religion for a number of colleges within the University of Cambridge (where he was at one time Chaplain, Fellow, and Director of Studies in Theology at Sidney Sussex College.) Having turned to theology after completing a Ph.D. in astrophysics, his main interests are in divine action, religious language, and the psychology of religious experience. He became a member of the Orthodox Church in 2002, at the age of fifty, and has been a priest of that church since 2009.
