Gennaro Auletta took his degree in philosophy at “La Sapienza” University in Rome followed by his Ph.D and his Post-doc in Philosophy at the same university and followed studies in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Logic, Theology. Since 1991, Gennaro Auletta has been Lecturer in many Pontifical, Italian, and foreign universities, offering course both in philosophical matters (History of Medieval and Modern Philosophy, Logic and Philosophy of Science) and in scientific ones, especially in Quantum Theory, its history and foundation, and in information theory applied to biology. He is Aggregate Professor in the Gregorian University, Researcher in the Cassino University, and Scientific Director of the STOQ Pro ject (http://www.stoqpro ject.it/). He is also visiting professor in the University of Notre Dame, associate of the Faraday Institute of the Cambridge University, and member of the Linnean Society of London.
