President of the Italian Society of Psychology of Religion (SIPR), adjunct professor of psychology of religion at the Superior Institute of Religious Sciences in Milan.
Biography
In the field of psychology of religion, I have often been interested in the discipline's epistemological criteria, along with the relationships between psychoanalysis, religion and mental health. I have studied the connection between coping, religion and health; and the complex connection between interreligiousness, interculturality and psychopathology.
I worked for many years in psychiatry and I'm currently a consultant psychotherapist in the Department of Mental Health and Addictions at ASST Melegnano Martesana (Milan). I work in private practice as psychoanalyst.
