Biography

Dr. Ted Peters is Professor of Systematic Theology at Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary and the Graduate Theological Union. He currently serves as Program Director for the "Science and Religion Course Program" hosted by the Center for Theology and the Natural Sciences on a grant from the John Templeton Foundation. He is author of Playing God? Genetic Determinism And Human Freedom (Routledge 1998, 2002), and co-editor of Bridging Science And Religion (SCM Press forthcoming). Along with Robert John Russell he is co-editor of the forthcoming journal, Theology And Science.
