As you already know the 2020 ISSR Annual General Meeting is fast approaching. Taking place this year on Wednesday, 05 August at 16:00 British Summer Time.
This email serves four purposes. First, this is a reminder of the AGM, and to please mark the date in your calendar to attend. Second, if you are planning to attend, I ask that you email me directly (admin@issr.org.uk) so that I may have an estimated total for administrative purposes. Third, I attach here the Agenda for the upcoming meeting, the Annual Report of the Society, and the minutes from the previous AGM.
Lastly, and critically, I attach here the Zoom Meeting details which will be how you join this year’s AGM, so please save this information.
You will see that you can join via Zoom or by phone. If you do not have Zoom/never used it, please visit this link to download and set-up your account: https://zoom.us/signup. I recommend that you test the service and familiarize yourself with it before the meeting to avoid any last-minute frustrations. If you need help with this, I am available so please email me. You can also call in using your telephone with the phone numbers provided and the details in the Meeting link. If your country is not already listed, please let me know and I will add it right away.
Also, if you are interested in seeing the Society’s accounting report for 2019, you may email me, and I will direct you to the file.
